Abuse survivors 'deeply insulted' by Pope's comments

Gee, How many criminal offences did the bishops commit by moving men that they knew to be sex offenders to fresh pastures where they could continue to molest and rape children?

How many offences did they commit by not report and possibly even cover up these crimes afterwards?

Yes, yes it is such a difficult offence to prove that the Irish prosecution services ( the DPP ) are unlikely to bother seeking to charge any of them, but that doesn't mean that this behaviour wasn't criminal in it's nature, does it?
